Here's the questions for people who don't want to read the whole thing: -Would you want something "patreon-like" where a character is suggested for me to draw every month -Would you like more polls to specifically or vaguely decide what gets drawn -Blue Archive characters remain the focus currently. Suggestions for this will have a higher chance of being done (if you do, include a clear pose idea or reference) Here's the words: Art posts are coming along pretty steadily again. I know in my last check-in I said I wasn't necessarily going to conform to the "Saturday update" schedule, but it keeps things on track so I think we'll stick with it for a while. I'm still progressing with making pictures at a decent pace, IMO, but the backlog excess feels like it gets smaller and smaller even though it's not. Basically, nothing's changing on that front. I'd like to get some more interaction with what I'm drawing, though. I have a list of ideas of stuff I'd like to make and there's about 40
November Check In 2023
Hey, it's November so time for a real status update. I've got three main points here The Workload As you may have noticed, I've gotten into a good regular swing so far as uploading art goes. In the past, I was trying to upload 1 picture a week and was holding pretty consistent at it until life got in the way. Now I think I can uphold that - not too sure about posting bonus pictures, but it's a possibility. Currently I have 5 "completed" pictures that I could post, but I'm not sure if I would want to keep posting things as soon as I'm done with them. Having some consistency with posting stuff feels good to me, so until I'm able to churn out a picture a day I think we'll leave them as is. Ultimate, that is the goal though. Currently I'm shooting for quantity over quality, which isn't to say I don't want to improve, but I think being able to finish stuff in a shorter amount of time is a good goal to have. So far it's working out well, and honestly I don't think anything I'm doing is
Biannual Check-in June 2023
Hi again. Mostly here to say nothing new to report. It's been a while since I've really done anything on DA, but I log in to check my notifications every couple of days. Maybe out of habit? Who knows? I still haven't picked up a pen and have drawn anything significant since the last update, but one day I'd like to. I actually did try to draw something the other day and my hand flared up pretty bad, but it's always done that. Reminds me one of the reasons why I haven't really gotten back into it, though! I am hoping to get something started soon. I've actually been focusing more on streaming, I won't really get into that here, but I've drawn a few things for use in that, so I shouldn't be completely rusty, but they're also not things that I would call "quality" either. If you wanna check out game streams on youtube feel free to but I'm not gonna super hard plug that like I've seen some people on DA do. It's an audience of extremely small to none, haha. November Check In
Been a while since I've posted anything, and with all this AI art drama popping up, I figured it'd be a good time to give a quick update on what's going on with me. It's only been about a month and a half since my last art post, but for me it's been longer since I've drawn anything. I've had a lack of motivation and interest in other areas so drawing has taken a back seat. It's always been just a hobby and I while I know there are several people who like my stuff, it's not been high on the list of priorities. I'm hoping to get back into it soon, but it may still be some wait. So far as Deviantart's AI thing goes, I'm not leaving because of it. I'll always be around on pixiv if you want an alternate gallery. I've dabbled a little with an art twitter and newgrounds and I think there's a small handful of things on hentai-foundry, but pixiv is where everything goes. Look me up there if anything happens. I'm not leaving DA because 1) I don't really think my art is in danger of being AI-ed
